Steven and Jasmine left to Indiana today :-(

Today, Steven and Jasmine went to Indiana. I will join them on Monday. It was snowing so bad when they arrived at the Indianapolis Airport that they had to circle around for half an hour until the runway's snow was clear. My poor Jasmine drove Steven crazy in the plane. That's two weeks in a row that he's taken our baby on a plane. I don't think she likes it very much. If you keep reading this entry, you will see what kind of weather I have to look forward to. No much diffrence from the Orlando weather I guess, minus the snow. There was frost all over this morning when we woke up to go to the airport.

I've been dieting for two days. How hard is it to lose 5 frickin pounds... Very hard I think... I've been eating every two to three hours. Protein, protein, protein, vegetables, brown rice, wraps... AND CHOCOLATE. No matter how much I try, chocolate will always be my weakness, ESPECIALLY when I diet. We woke mami up this morning so she could give Jasmine a kiss but she decided to come with me. She is the ETERNAL dieter. She is too awesome when it comes to discipline with her body. She was more than happy to be part of my attempt to diet. We ate at 6:30am, 9:30am, 12:30pm...then I slept from 2pm til 5:40pm...and when I woke up she fixed me a meal and packed my dinner. With her help, I might just be able to do this...

We decided to watch the movie BECAUSE I SAID SO...

The perfect movie for mami and I to go see. I don't think mothers and daughters normally speak as candidly with their moms and girlfriends about anatomy and whatnot ... not like these women do...but I do...at least kind of sort of do. But I think it's fun in a film to find out what else women do tend to talk about, and how they talk about it."

I read a review at some website that said: "I wouldn't recommend this one for my mom and sisters to go see together. All three would be extremely uncomfortable. It gets sexually explicit at times regarding discussions on sex, male anatomy, etc. My sisters would prefer death over trying to broach these subjects with mama." I guess I could see why...

ANYWAYS... LOVED THIS MOVIE!!!

After the movie, we ate, duh... then we went shopping at Charlotte Rousse. Mom didn't buy anything, but I did. Fashion right now is kind of weird, but like Diane Keaton in the movie, Polka Dots are in baby... The belted look, totally awesome, but part of the reason I'm trying to lose some weight is so I could pull it off better. Last Friday I went out with my co worker Laura and I had the belted look going. Trying to get Jose's opinion, he said: "Stop trying to dress like a teenager!" I wanted to kill him. I should've never asked for his opinion anyway. I said: "Teenagers dress like sluts, that is not fashion!" I was so offended. Get over it Frances!

Anyways, since I mentioned that I went out with Laura last Friday, I'll say that it was fun. We went to Chilli's for some 2 for 1 Margaritas. Went to Jeremiah's to see all the old people make a fool of themselves after a few, and then we went to Jesse Black's. What a dump! OMG, it was like the cheapest version of a strip club meets redneck bar. At least I got to sit there and judge. This guy bought us beers but we were too afraid to drink it fearing they'd put something in it. We hauled ass out of there ASAP. An overall fun night for us boring gals.

Today, after the movie was over, we drove home and I took a nap. A bad nap because I kept dreaming of ghostly children with white glassy eyes who wanted to kill me while they sang a song. It was aweful.

Steven made it to Indiana OK w Jasmine. Everybody got to hang out and eat pizza. ENVY... I'll get there on Monday... I'm at work now, most of my patients don't want to be woken up for treatments which makes the night boring and long, but I'll get to catch up on Ugly Betty on abc.com. They offer full length episodes for free. Everyone is super boring today. Doris and Adam are reading. Who reads anymore? lol And Laura has the unit so she'll be busy all night. Getting hungry but I won't give in. Laura just asked me if I wanted something from McDonalds. AHHHHHH! I could scream. I could eat a cow right now if I didn't know for a fact that when I wake up in the morning I'll look like one.

Til next time...
