After a million years, or at least what felt like a million years, Steven and I ACTUALLY have a day off TOGETHER. We had already decided to make it a day together, all 3 of us. Location? Ocala. Woke up early and went to Walmart while Steven was still asleep that way it was one less thing to do during the day. When I got back, Steven was already at it (studying). He went to get a haircut and got back pretty soon. The barber offered to sell him two tickets to the LSU vs. Florida Gators game tomorrow and he didn't buy them because he found no one to go with. Too bad I work weekends but that's the price you gotta pay if you actually want to raise your kids and not put them on child care. Our first stop was Toys R' Us in Ocala to look for the very elusive T.M.X. 10th anniversary Elmo. No shipments will be coming in until November! Crazy! We bought some lunch to split at Arby's but they messed up our order and it tasted awful. It tasted like it'd been cooked for hours. I couldn't eat but half of it and that's because I felt bad throwing the whole thing away. We were driving around for a while because the movie we wanted to see didn't start until about 45 minutes or so. We drove by a SunTrust bank that was offering free hotdogs to their customers...Needless to say you don't have to offer twice. He rolled up in there, took some money out of the ATM and got us two hotdogs. Too Funny! We finally made it to the theater with our bellies full. Steven was the one who chose the movie. Good choice! Too Bad for him, he spent the whole time outside with Jasmine trying to calm her down. She was INSANE! There is a description of the movie below:

'The Departed' is set in South Boston, where the state police force is waging war on organized crime. Young undercover cop Billy Costigan (Leonardo DiCaprio) is assigned to infiltrate the mob syndicate run by gangland chief Costello (Jack Nicholson). While Billy is quickly gaining Costello's confidence, Colin Sullivan (Matt Damon), a hardened young criminal who has infiltrated the police department as an informer for the syndicate, is rising to a position of power in the Special Investigation Unit. Each man becomes deeply consumed by his double life, gathering information about the plans and counter-plans of the operations he has penetrated. But when it becomes clear to both the gangsters and the police that there's a mole in their midst, Billy and Colin are suddenly in danger of being caught and exposed to the enemy -- and each must race to uncover the identity of the other man in time to save himself.

After the movie, Steven and I decided to go to the Melting Pot, but they weren't open til 5pm and it was only 3:30pm. We then decided to go to option #2 - Harry's on the Square. A New Orleans themed restaurant that offers an array of delicious appetizers, soups, salads, lunch combos, poboys, burgers, fried platters, seafood entrees, and much more daily for lunch and dinner.
The bread was so amazing, and the butter was very garlicky! Poor Steven!
First of all, I ordered:
Jambalaya = Harry's own authentic New Orleans rice dish with shrimp, chicken and smoked sausage. A house favorite!
I T W A S A W E F U L ! ! ! I had to return it. I felt so bad.
Steven on the other hand was very pleased with:
Blackened Chicken
A boneless chicken breast served with honey mustard dressing. Sides: White rice and beans.

As if I wasn't already a pain to the waiter, I wanted a Shrimp wrap but they didn't have that kind, just fish wrap or seafood wrap. I got my way and my order was:

Grilled Chicken Wrap - but instead of Chicken I wanted Shrimp. BOSSY!!!!!
Grilled shrimp chopped and complimented with our special creamy balsamic feta cheese dressing. Wrapped in a spinach tortilla with Romaine lettuce and tomatoes.

GOOD FOOD!!!

After we got home, I fed our Jazzy girl some carrots, she took a nap and I sat down to write on my blog and surf the web.

Just a good day all around! Til Next Time!
